About this policy

futodama (“we”, “us”) operates this website, futodama.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information related to this website and to messages you send us.

Each futodama product has its own privacy policy describing the information that product handles. When you use a product, please see the Legal section on its page: ARRVD, Mojitsunagi and Celestial Oracle. For information a product handles, that product’s policy applies.

Information we handle

• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you choose to include.
• Technical information. When you visit this website, standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested — is processed by our hosting provider (see below).

This website has no accounts, sign-in or forms. You don’t need to provide personal information to browse it.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiries.
• To operate, secure and maintain this website.
• To understand, in aggregate, how this website is used.

Hosting, security and analytics

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and provide us with aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics.

To improve this website, we may also record anonymous, aggregate events with Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine: page views, clicks on links to our product pages, clicks on external links such as the App Store or a product’s web app, and whether a page has stayed open and visible for roughly 15, 60 or 180 seconds. Each event contains only the page, its language, the product and link type concerned and, if the page address includes them, campaign labels such as utm_source.

We don’t attach a user or device identifier to these events, and we don’t store IP addresses or browser User-Agent strings in this dataset. Messages you send us are never included. Cloudflare keeps this event data for about three months.

We don’t set our own cookies on this website, and we don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking here.

Third-party services and links

Some pages show “Download on the App Store” badges, which are loaded directly from Apple’s servers. Links to the App Store, to our apps’ support sites and to other external sites take you to services operated by others, where their own privacy policies apply.

Except as required by law or for another legitimate reason, we don’t provide personal information you give us directly to third parties without your consent.

Retention

We keep information you send us only for as long as needed to respond to you and for related purposes, unless we need to keep it longer for legal or other legitimate reasons. Technical information processed by our hosting provider is kept under that provider’s own policies.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website isn’t aimed at any particular age group. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent or supervision of a parent or guardian where appropriate. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us.

International users

This website can be accessed from many countries. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting provider operates.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and describe significant changes here.
