These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website, futodama.app, and of futodama’s common services, provided by futodama (“we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

If a futodama product has its own terms, those terms also apply when you use that product. If they conflict with these Terms, the product’s terms take precedence for that product. Please see the Legal section on each product’s page: ARRVD, Mojitsunagi and Celestial Oracle.

Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes in line with these Terms.

Prohibited conduct

When using this website, please don’t:

• break the law or infringe the rights or interests of futodama or others;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to this website or related systems;
• use automated means to collect content from, or place excessive load on, this website; or
• misrepresent an affiliation with futodama or impersonate futodama.

The futodama name and logo, our product names, and the text, images and design of this website belong to futodama or to their respective rights holders. Please don’t use them without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

This website links to services operated by others, such as the App Store and our apps’ support sites. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their content.
