To help us look into a problem, please include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the ARRVD version (shown in the app’s Settings);
- whether you are an Organizer or a Member; and
- what happened, and roughly when.
Please don’t send invitation links or codes, or other people’s personal information, unless we ask for something specific. We’ll reply as soon as we can.
Arrivals aren’t detected, or arrive late
On the Member’s iPhone:
- Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services is on.
- ARRVD’s location access is set to Always, and Precise Location is on.
- The Member is signed in to ARRVD and is assigned to the place (Organizers can check this on the place).
- Low Power Mode, a weak signal or a very small arrival area can delay detection.
ARRVD relies on iOS location features, so it can’t guarantee that every arrival is detected on time. See the Terms of Use for details.
Notifications don’t arrive
- On the Organizer’s iPhone, notifications for ARRVD are allowed in Settings › Notifications.
- Focus modes or Scheduled Summary may hold notifications back.
- The Organizer’s iPhone needs a network connection to receive notifications.
Invitations
- Invitation links expire and can be used once. If a link doesn’t work, ask the Organizer to send a new one.
- Open the link on the iPhone where ARRVD is installed.
ARRVD Plus
- ARRVD Plus is purchased through the App Store, and Apple handles payment.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Deleting the app doesn’t cancel it.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple.
- The current limits of each plan are shown in the app.
Deleting your account
You can delete your ARRVD account in the app:
- Organizers — Settings › Account › Delete Account.
- Members — the Account section at the bottom of the home screen › Delete Account.
You’ll confirm with Sign in with Apple. Deletion removes your account and the information ARRVD keeps about you. If you’re the last Organizer of your family, the family and its shared information are deleted too; other members’ accounts are not. See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Deleting the app alone doesn’t delete your account or the information stored on our servers.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel ARRVD Plus — manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- If you can’t delete your account in the app, email futodama0610@gmail.com and we’ll help.
In an emergency
ARRVD isn’t an emergency service. If you are worried about someone’s safety, contact them directly, and in an emergency contact your local emergency services.
